Mangima Old Bridge

Remnants of the guerrilla activities in Bukidnon during World War II, the Mangima Old Bridge attests the bravery and patriotism of the locals in Manolo Fortich. The bridge which serves as the main route of transportation was strategically blown up by guerillas led by Capt. Ramon M. Onahon to sabotage the movement of supplies and reinforcements of the Japanese Army to Central Mindanao.

In this historic place only the bridge’s foundation and support pillars are left which serves as a grim reminder of a number of Japanese soldiers’ death in the process of its destruction.
